ICS failed to enable when using Ralink wireless utility?

ok so i just bought a powerlink WiFi adapter and it came with a program called "ralink wireless utility" and when i STA+AP mode and a message pops up thats labled "ICS WAN adapter" and i click ok and it says "Failed to enable ICS" can anyone help me with this? btw this WiFi adpater also has a built in Router and thats what i'm trying to use.
