Howe to get in contact with someone when you know there first name and where they are fr?

Odd question - you won't be able to find people on a first name basis only and where they are from. You do realize how many people there are out there don't you? For white pages you can try a 411 directory but will surely be overwhelmed. If you know where they work, their title and city/state you might find them on LinkedIn if they are a professional
