Ps3 problem. Can someone help me plzz?

Ok so I had to make a new psn account cuz the hacking and I had to copy my old data from little big planet to my new profile but now wen I play it says I can't get trophies unless I delete the profile form game data utility what does it mean by the profile? and cn I still play from where I started?
