How Expensive of a House Can I Afford?

I am considering buying a condo on a golf course and I'm not sure if I can afford it or not. I currently make $13.75 / hour, I have no car payment, I am only in debt about $300, I pay about $60/month for car insurance, and $80/month for cell phone. I have never lived on my own before so my worry is that I don't know average cost of utilities, food, gas, and any fees that go along with living in a goulf course condo. The agent that showed me the condo seems to think I can get financed with no money down as a first time buyer and have the seller pay closing costs.I live near Pinehurst, NC if it helps. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
