I Love My Bestfriend (And he likes me) But He Rejected Me Because Of His Family Thinks Im To Young For Him?

Maybe he thinks you're too young too. I have never known a teenage boy to do what Mommy and Daddy tell them to do/not do. Maybe he kinda likes you, but doesn't have strong enough feelings for you cause you're too young in his eyes. Just a thought. I don't think you should try and impress him, cause that sounds like something a little girl would do. Though you two are only 1.5ish years apart, he's at a completely different stage than you are at. Maybe just wait around a few more years (if he's worth it) or just accept that you are best friends and move on. Though I must say, I don't think a guy and a girl (who are serious) can date someone whose bff is of the opposite sex. Either he will find a new bff when he inevitably finds someone else (cause that's the way it should be.. you should NOT be closer to him than his GF), or you guys will date somewhere over the rainbow
