How great is canada's universal health care when parents had to bring their baby to the USA for a tracheotomy?

Nothing like the courts telling you have to just let your baby die and cannot do a simple procedure to allow him to die at howe with you. you have to love it when the courts and politicians make medical decisions. I know it worked out well for the germans in the 30's and 40's.
