Am I entitled to anything?

When me and partner had the opportunity to buy a house in 2005 I was too young to be on the mortgage (17) I have lived here since then with him and had our 2 children I have paid for ALL the utility bills, food council tax etc but stupidly never been put on the mortgage we are now splitting up because of his behaviour over the years violence and infidelity (violence well documented with police/courts) do you think im entitled to anything or has my stupidity lost me my home?? thanks
