Dogs get into stuff when I leave and bad behavier?

Howe can I Get my two boxers to be good an not get into stuff when I leave I doggy proff the house but I can't put everything up and my one dog he is one year old he is bad when I come home from work he jumps on me and when I'm on phone he barks n barks I have to go into another room . And we can't have people over it's to stress full cuz they cry and bark and the one year old jumps the gate
