Is it possible to earn high school credits during the summer?

i live in indiana im supposed to be in the ninth grade but i was going through hard times last year with my familyso im in 8th going to ninth next year{deaths lost of job , lost of home no food family disagreements abuse } {indianapolis} i currently goto howe community high school my school doesnt offer it is it possibly ill pay any cost cause were back on track now in any were near indiana please help or give name of schools
