I'm doing the quest in Dragon Age Origins called the Tortured Noble I don't know where to find Oswyn's father.?

I have just rescued Oswyn the young man who was in the dungeon and being tortured by Howe's men. He says that his father with support me in the Landsmeet if I tell his father what has happened. The only problem is that I don't know where to find Bann Sighard to inform him. Can someone please help me. Your help would be appreciated.
