Cricket evdo modem uninstall?

Alright I made the mistake of letting a friend install the cricket usb air card... It dint work and I want the driver gone... I tried the typical method of add/remove programs... dint work tried using the windows installer utility program cricket modem driver was not on the list.... any ideas ?!?! I hate to have to reinstall windows just to get rid of the darn thing... thanks!!!
