2011 BOB Duallie use with Newborn?

I just bought the 2011 BOB Sport Utility Duallie after being misinformed that it was compatible with the Chicco car seats. I've considered purchasing the Graco double car seat adapter for the stroller since I cannot return it now and getting a used Graco Snugride strictly for use with the stroller but as I have limited trunk space with this stroller as it is I am wondering if an infant body support wouldn't be a good compromise? I'm considering the Snuzzler Infant head and body support. For now the use of the stroller would be strictly walking on paved roads and going in and out of appts/stores. What do you all think? Suggestions? Would it be sufficient support for the gentle use I am planning or am I missing something?
