Will I be able get SSI whiling living at home?

hi, I'm currently receiving adult child benefits of 581 a month. I have renal disease and lupus. I'm living at home with my parents, sister, and her two kids. I know that living arrangement affect SSI amount and benefit. I don't pay for rent because my parent house is paid off but I do spend about 240 on food, phone bill,Internet, and trash bill to help with household expenses. sis pay for cable and my dad pay for utilities and other bills. Can u give me a head up if you think I'll be approved. Thanks
