My ps3 doesn't have enough space?

My ps3 said that I had 15 gigabytes so I downloaded infamous 2, but now when I try to install it, it says I don't have enough space. Does that mean I need 30 gigabytes to install it...? I only have 14 gigabytes and I already deleted all my games and data utility.
