your brother should stop paying for that car/let her take the hit/even though it gets repoed its a whole lot better than her getting the title in the mail/first owner usually gets the title mailed/she can then go and get her car/doesn't matter who paid for it/let it go to default and let them find her/she may make a deal or you may be able to make a deal with finance company/gotta try/your making her credit rating look great/let her get a taste of the zap
