Advice: I lost my job and am going to get kicked out of my apartment...?

I need some advice. About 9 months ago I got laid off, car blew up, and got kicked out of college because i couldn't pay. My brother then offered to help get me back on my feet. Between then, when I moved in with him, and now, I have been laid off again twice and fired once. I have always paid rent and paid utilities when I could spare the extra money. Now its been 3 weeks since i got laid off and I don't have all the rent this time. He's telling me he kicking me out of our apartment because I "Never pay rent." what should i do?
